Non-Traditional Colours...

Today's card is a combination of 2 challenges, one being Stamping 411 and the other is from a group I belong to over at Late Night Stampers.  The challenge from LNS called for a Christmas Card using non-traditional colours, ie no greens or reds!

So of course, I had to grab one of my favourite stamps (which you are probably sick of seeing by now) to complete my card!

For a little bit of a different look, I've used Stampin' Dimensionals to raise the 3 panels off the embossed background.  This way, the panels do not get lost in the background.  I've also used Dazzling Diamonds on the darker tree to highlight it even more!

I've used Very Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon on Very Vanilla Cardstock.  I love the colour on colour look!

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Lovely as a Tree
Ink - Soft Suede
Cardstock - Very Vanlla, Sofe Suede
Embossing Folder - Petals a Plenty
Punches - Scallop Trim
Accessories - Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin' Dimensionals,
Dazzling Diamonds, Taffeta Ribbon - Very Vanilla

My Card -

Until next time, Enjoy!
