Fast & Fabulous #2...

Wednesday's Card...
We used exactly the same layout as yesterday's card.  This is the Recipe Swap we hold at the end of each month.  For those not wanting to complete the swap, they are able to complete a card, which is similar layout to the card.

The recipe this month "Ginger Bread" was from Heather' Kitchen.  I must admit that the amount of eggs were left off the recipe, but I think she said there were 2 eggs to be added.

Supplies -
Stamp Set -  Tripple Treat Flower (Retired) & not used as much as I should have
Ink - Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush, Pear Pizzazz, Blushing Bride - Yep, all the In Colours
Cardstock - Concord Crush, Whisper White
DSP - 2010-2012 In Colours
Punches - Fancy Flower, 5-Petal Flower, 1/2" Circle
Ribbon - 1/2" Stitched Poly - Poppy Parade
Accessories - Snail Adhesive

Until next time, Happy Stampin!

Fast & Fabulous....

... is the stamp set we used to create our card at Crafty Creations some weeks ago.  I am so far behind in posting that I think I will have enough to post for the next coupl eof weeks without creating anything new.

This is a retired stamp set, but with my volunteer class I am able to use retired stock & stamp sets - I get to have a little extra play with them before I decide to sell.

Measurements -
Base Card - Concord Crush - 8 1/4" x 5 7/8" or 22cm x 15cm - Score in the middle & fold in half

Layer 1 - Whisper White - 4" x 5 3/4" or 10cm x 14cm
Layer 2 - DSP - Peach Parfait - 3 7/8" x 2 5/8",  Pear Pearazz - 3 7/8" x 1 1/2", Blushing Bride = 3 7/8" x 1"
Layer 3 - Concord Crush - 2 5/8" x 3 1/8"
Layer 4 - Whisper White - 2 1/2" x 3"

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Fast & Fabulous (Retired)
Ink - Poppy parade, Concord Crush, Staz-On
Cardstock - Concord Crush, Whisper White
DSP - In Colours - 2010-2012 Designer Series Paper
Ribbon - 1/2" Stitched Poly- Poppy Parade
Accessories - Snail Adhesive, Rhinestones, Aqua Painter, Mini Glue Dots

I adhered all 3 pieces of DSP to the piece of Whisper White Cardstock with Snail Adhesive, prior to adhering the piece of Poppy Parade Ribbon to the top of the Pear Pizzazz DSP.

I stamped the image onto the piece of Whisper White Cardstock using Black Staz-On Ink, while at the same time stamping 3 more images onto scrap Whisper White Cardstock, cut the 3 images out & set aside.

With my Aqua Painter, I picked up a little Poppy Parade Ink at a time & slowly coloured the flowers.  I wasn't too careful about the colouring, as I think this image calls for this sort of colouring.  I coloured the 3 larger images at the same time - 1 in Poppy Parade Ink, while the other 2 were in Concord Crush.

With my Paper Piercer & Mat, I punched holes in the top right hand side of the stamped Whisper White prior to adhering to the Concord Crush Cardstcok & adhering to the DSP.

The 3 larger flowers were adhered to the DSP with Mini Glue Dots.  The whole lot was then adhered to the Base Card - Concord Crush.

To finish the card, I applied Clear Rhinestones to the centres.

Until next time, Happy Stampin'

Thank You...

I did mention previously that I was way behind in my posting, so I am going to try & catch up, but the hard part is thinking what cards I have created & where they are - have I already posted them, given them away????

The card today is one we created at my Friday's Volunteer Class.  We had lots of fun with this card, but I was a little cruel to the ladies.  I actually forgot to take my punch, so had to quickly make up a couple of pages of different size hearts on the computer so they could complete their card.

Measurements -
Base Card - Very Vanilla - 8 1/4" x 4 1/8" or 21cm x 15cm - Scored in the middle & folded in half
Layer 1 - DSP - 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" or 14cm x 10cm
Layer 2 - Soft Suede - 4 3/4" x 2" or 12cm x 5cm
Layer 3 - DSP - 4 5/8" x 1 7/8" or 11.5cm x 4.5cm

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Short & Sweet
Ink - Blushing Bride, Soft Suede

Inside Card...
Cardstock - Very Vanilla, Soft Suede
DSP - IN Colours DSP
Ribbon - Crochet Trim - Chantilly
Punches - Full Heart, Oval, Scallop Oval
Brad - Antique Brads
Accessories - Mini Glue Dots, Sponge Daubers, Snail Adhesive, Tombow Multipurpose Glue

I grabbed my Sponge Dauber & inked around the edges of the large piece & small piece of DSP with Soft Suede Ink.  The large piece was adhered to the Base Card - Very Vanilla, while the smaller piece of DSP was adhered to the piece of Soft Suede Cardstock using Snail Adhesive.

Using the Full Heart Punch, I punched 20 hearts from the IN Colours DSP, sponged my Dauber around each heart with Soft Suede Ink, applied a small amount of Tombow Multipurpose Glue to the bottom part of the hearts & adhered them together ensuring that they were stacked on top of each other.  I made the flower so that it had 4 hearts for the base of the flower & then built on these 4 flowers.  In total you should have 5 layers on each heart.

Using my Bone Scorer, I turned up the edges of each petal to give the flower a little "character".

I tied a double bow from the Crochet Ribbon, wrapped the Brad around the middle pror to adhering to the middle of the flower using a Mini Glue Dot.  The flower was then applied to the Base Card with a couple of Mini Glue Dots.

The sentiment was stamped onto a scrap piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock with Blushing Bride Ink, punched with the Oval Punch, sponged around the edges with Soft Suede Ink, adhered to a piece of Soft Suede Cardstock which had been punched with the Scallop Oval Punch & adhered to the Base Card.

Until next time, Happy Stampin'

Friday's Card...

For those who don't want to do the Recipe Swap, I always have a kit ready.  It is made up of the same colours & usually along the line of the Recipe Page.

Measurements -
Base Card - Concord Crush - 8 1/4" x 5 7/8" or 21cm x 15cm - Scored down the middle & folded in half
Layer 1 - Poppy Parade - 5 3/4" x 4" or 14.5cm x 10cm
Layer 2 - Whisper White - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8" or 14cm x 9.5cm
Layer 4 - Blushing Bride - 3 7/8" x 2" or 9.5cm x 5cm
Layer 5 - DSP - 3 3/4" x 1 1/2" x 9.5cm x 4cm

Supplies -
Inside Card...
Stamp Set - Fabuloues Florets, Heard from the Heart
Ink - Concord Crush, Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz
Cardstock - Whisper White, Concord Crush, Blushing Bride, Poppy Parade
Punches - Scallop Trim Border
Ribbon - 1/2" Polly- Stitched - Blushing Bride
Accessories - Stampin' Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive

Technique - Rock & Roll
Ink your image with a light coloured ink
Ink the edges of this image with a darker coloured ink by rolling edges of the image onto the ink pad
Stamp your image onto your Cardstock
You are able to repeat the above step using yet another darker coloured ink if you wish
For more images of the same stamp, repeat as many times as you like

I punched along both sides of the Blushing Bride Cardstock using the Scallop Trim Border Punch.  Ensure that you punch along the long sides of this piece.  I adhered the piece of DSP to the top of the punched piece of Cardstock with Snail Adhesive, adhered the piece of ribbon along the middle, tucked ends under, tied a knot on the LHS & set aside.

The stem image was stamped direct onto the piece of Whisper White Cardstock with Pear Pizzazz Ink.  The sentiment was inked in Concord Crush Ink & stamped on the side of the Whisper White Cardstock.  This piece was adhered to the piece of Poppy Parade Cardstock & then to the Base Card - Concord Crush with Snail Adhesive.  I then adhered the punched piece of Cardstock to the top of the card, ensuring the piece went down along the bottom.

I applied the Rock & Roll Technique to my flower image, cut around it & applied to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.

I will admit that I meant to do a background on the piece of Whisper White Cardstock prior to doing my stamping, but forgot all about it until I had put the card together......

Until next time, Happy Stampin'

Friday's Recipe....

I am a little behind in my postings of late, well to be truthful a lot!

The last Friday of the month is our Recipe Swap arvo at the Community Centre.  This week we had a recipe from Bronwyn.

I am also tryng to use up some of my stock of the 2010 "In Colours" before they retire in September.  The colours I've used here are the ones I am going to really miss, but then knowing Stmpin' Up! they always replace the old with a lovely new bright range.

Measurements -
Base Card - Concord Crush - 8 1/4" x 6" or 21cm x 15cm
Layer 1 - Blushing Bride - 6" x 2 1/2" or 15cm x 6.5cm
Layer 2 - DSP - 6" x 2 1/8" or 15cm x 5.5cm
Layer 3 - Poppy Parade - 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" or 13.5cm x 10cm
Layer 4 - Whisper White - 5 1/4" x 4" or 13cm x 9.5cm

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Fabulous Florets
Ink - Blushing Bride
Cardstock - Poppy Parade, Blushing Bride, Concord Crush, Whisper White
DSP - In Colours Designer Series Paper Stack
Ribbon - 1/2" Poly-Stitched - Blushing Bride
Punches - Scallop Trim Border
Accessories - Stampin' Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive

I printed the recipe out onto the piece of Whisper White Cardstock & adhered to  the piece of Poppy Parade Cardstock with Snail Adhesive & set aside.

The piece of Blushing Bride Cardstock was punched along both long sides with the Scallop Trim Border Punch, adhered to the piece of Concord Crush Cardstock with Snail Adhesive.  The piece of DSP was adhered to the centre of this strip with Snail Adhesive, ribbon tied around the middle, ends tucked under & a knot tied off to the LHS.

The recipe was then adhered to the Cardstock with Snail Adhesive.

I stamped 3 flower images onto a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock, cut around the images & adhered two of the images to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals while the third image was adhered with Snail Adhesive.

Check back tomorrow & I will have the card we did for those who don't want to do the recipe page.

SC 04112...

Our challenge over at Sunny Challenges & Creations proved a lot harder for me than I thought it would.  I had an idea in my mind from the first time I saw the sketch, but when it come to creating it, well that idea went out the window & I ended up just winging this one.

The challenge was brought to us by Kris in the way of the sketch & using current "In Colours"

Measurements -
Base Card - Whisper White - 8 1/4" x 4 1/8" or 21cm x 15cm
Layer 1 - Wisteria Wonder - 5 3/4" x 4" or 14.5cm x 10cm
Layer 2 - Whisper White - 5 5/8" x 1 7/8" or 14.5cm x 5cm
Layer 3 - DSP - 5 5/8" x 2 1/8" or 14.5cm x 5.5cm

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Delicate Doilies, Short & Sweet
Ink - Wisteria Wonder, Blushing Bride
Cardstock - Whisper White, Wisteria Wonder
DSP - In Colours
Ribbon - 3/8" Ruffled - Wisteria Wonder
Punches - Modern Label, 2 1/2" Circle
Accessories -  Snail Adhesive, Basic Pearls, Stampin' Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Glue

Inside...
I randomly stamped an image from Delicate Doilies using both Wisteria Wonder & Blusing Bride Inks.

I adhered the piece of DSP to the RHS piece of Wisteria Wonder Cardstock & then the stamped piece of Whisper White Cardstock using Snail Adhesive.  This piece overlapped the piece of DSP a little so that I wouldn't have a space down the middle.

Ribbon was adhered along the bottom part of the Cardstock using Snail Adhesive, tucked the ends under & tied a bow.

I stamped the sentiment onto a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock with Wisteria Wonder Ink, punched out with the Modern Label Punch, applied 2 small Basic Pearls, one each side, added a couple of Stampin' Dimensionals & adhered to the bottom RHS side of the card.

The whole piece was adhered to the Base Card - Whisper White with Snail Adhesive.

For my centre piece, I stamped the image 3 times onto a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and once onto another piece.  The last piece was punched using the 2 1/2" Circle Punch.  I realised that I don't use this punch nearly enough!  This large punched piece was adhered to the card with Tombow Multipurpose Glue.

With the 3 stamped images, I cut around them at different areas of the stamp.  I did confuse myself a little here as I wasn't too sure where I was going, but the idea had been in my head since seeing this stamp set & finally got to do it!

The 3 images were then layered on top of each other using Stamping Deimensionals.  I applied a Basic Pearl to the centre to finish it off.

I love the Ruffled Ribbon from Stampin' Up!  Another item I don't use enough of.

I'm really happy with the card & the soft look it has.  I think this stamp set calls for a soft delicate look.

Now it is your turn to pop over to Sunny Challenges & Creationsto check out what Gwen Kris & Tanya have created, as well as our weekly guest designers.  Create your project using the challenge & link back with Mr Linky.

Until next time, happy stampin'

Happy Mother's Day to all the mums of the world!  Hope you all have a great day & get spoilt rotten!

Our new weekly challenge over at Sunny Challenges & Creations starts today.  This week we have only the sketch to go by.  Gwen has been very easy on us!

I started out with a completely different card in mind, had it all made up in my head & then blow me down if I couldn't find the stamp set.  I then convenienced myself that I didn't even have the set I wanted to use!  The final result turned into a very quick 5 minute card, but these are good to do.

In fact, this card is going in the mail today!

Measurements -
Base Card - Chocolate Chip - 8 1/4" x 5 7/8" or 21cm x 15cm - Scored in the middle & folded in half
Layer 1 - DSP - 5 1/2" x 3 7/8" or 14cm x 10cm
Layer 2 - Chocolate Chip - 2 1/2" x 2" or 6.5cm x 5.5cm
Layer 3 - DSP - 2 3/8" x 1 7/8" or 6cm x 5cm
Layer 4 - Chocolate Chip - 4 1/2" x 1 7/8" or 11.5cm x 5cm
Layer 5 - Whisper White - 4 3/8" x 1 3/4" or 11cm x 4.5cm

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Forever Young, A Word for You
Ink - Chocolate Chip, Pool Party
Cardstock - Chocolate Chip, Pool Party, Whisper White
DSP - In Colours DSP
Punches - Modern Label
Accessories - Snail Adhesive

I adhered the smaller piece of DSP to the small piece of Chocolate Chip Cardstock prior to adhering to the large piece of DSP & then to the Base Card - Chocolate Chip.

I stamped my greeting onto a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock in Chocolate Chip Ink, punched using the Modern Label Punch &adhered to the DSP with Snail Adhesive.  My image was stamped direct onto Whisper White Cardstock with Pool Party Ink & adhered to the long piece of Chocolate Chip Cardstock & then to the Base Card.

As I said a very easy 5 minute card!

I hope you can join us this week over at Sunny Challenges & Creations as we would love to see what you come up with using the sketch.

What some inspiration????  Then why not pop over & see what Gwen, Kris & Tanya have created as well as our very talented Weekly Guest Designers.  They are fantastic!!!!!!

SC 038/12...

Crikey these weeks come round fast.  It just seems like yesterday that I posted the card for the challenge, but of course a new week sees a new challenge over at Sunny Challenges & Creations.
Along with the sketch we had to use the current "In Colours".  I chose to use a couple of colours that will be retiring come September.  I will admit I have not used these colours as much as I should have.

Measurements -
Base Card - Poppy Parade - 8 1/4" x 5 7/8" or 21cm x 15cm - Scored in the middle & folded in half
Layer 1 - Whisper White - 5 1/2" x 3 7/8" or 14cm x 10cm
Layer 2 - Poppy Parade - 2 1/8" x 3 1/2" or 9cm x 5,5cm
Layer 3 - DSP - 2" x 3 3/8" or 8.5cm x 5cm
Layer 4 - Poppy Parade - 3 7/8" x 2 3/4" or 10cm x 7cm
Layer 5 - Whisper White - 3 3/4" x 2 5/8" or 9.5cm x 6.5cm

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Growing Green
Ink - Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade
Cardstock - Whisper White, Poppy Parade
DSP - In Colours Designer Series Paper Patterns
Punches - Itty Bitty
Embossing Folders - Square Lattice
Ribbon - 1/2" Stitched-Poly - Peach Parfait
Accessories - Tombow Multipurpose Glue, SU! Dimensionals, Rhinestones, Mini Glue Dots, Blender Pen

I inked my image with Pear Pizzazz Ink & stamped direct onto the small piece of Whisper White Cardstock.
Envelope & Inside Card...
Using my Blender Pen, I coloured my image with Peach Parfait, inking my Pen a little at a time.  Feeling that it needed a little bit of a lift, I then added dashes of Poppy Parade Ink & blended with my Blender Pen.  The piece was run through the Bigshot using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder & adhered to the piece of Poppy Parade Cardstock with Tombow Multipurpose Ink.

I punched 3 small flowers using flower punch from the Itty Bitty Punch Set, worked out where I wanted to place them, applied Tombow to the back of each & adhered to the larger piece of Whisper White Cardstock.  I adhered the piece of DSP to the piece of Poppy Parade Cardstock &then to the large piece of Whisper White Cardstock. The whole lot was then run through the Bigshot & Embossing Folder - Square Lattice.

I adhered the piece of Ribbon across the width of the embossed piece, adhered the stamped piece to the top of the card with SU! Dimensionals, tied a bow, adhered to the card with Mini Glue Dots, & adhered 3 Rhinestones to the DSP flowers

All in all a very easy card, once which I am really happy with.  When making it, I didn't realise that it would be so clean & white!  My type of card!

MC 94...

I am in the middle of creating a couple of cards for my cousin, but as usual got a bit side tracked.  Sometimes it is good to be do this, or so I tell myself, as it refreshes your mind.

I went in search of a challenge & thought I would have a go at the one over at A La Carte Monkey, one which I've never done before.  Anyhow, this week it is all about Birthdays.  We can never have enough Birthday Cards in our stash!

Measurements -
Base Card - Whisper White - 11 3/4" x 4 1/4" or 30cm x 10.5cn - Scored in the middle & folded in half
Layer 1 - Night of Navy - 5 3/4" x 4" or 14.5cm x 10cm
Layer 2 - DSP - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8" or 14cm x 9.5cm

Layer 4 - Whisper White - 4 3/8" x 3 3/8" or 11cm x 8.5cm

Envelope & Inside...
Using Staz-On Ink, I stamped my image 3 times onto the piece of Whisper White Cardstock.  I wanted to fill the white space while at the same time, keep the white space, if that makes any sense.

Grabbing my Blender Pen & SU! Marker - Poppy Parade, I coloured parts of the sails, along with a small part of the boat.  I drew a couple of birds with my Stampin' Write Journaler.

I adhered this piece to the smaller piece of Night of Navy, then to the DSP & finally to the larger piece of Night of Navy with Snail Adhesive.  I adhered a piece of Ribbon down the Left Hand Side of the card, tied a knot & adhered the whole lot to the Base Card, again with Snail Adhesive.

My greeting was stamped onto a scrap of Whisper White using the Night of Navy SU! Marker and cut into the shape of a flag.  I threaded a piece of Linen Thread through a button prior to adhering to the banner & finally to the card.

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Seaworthy, Under the Big Top
Ink - Staz-On
Cardstock - Whisper White, Night of Navy
DSP - Poppy Parade
Ribbon - 1/4" Grosgrain - Night of Navy, Linen Thread

Sailing Away....

With the rainy weather we are having in South East Queensland & the Sunshine Coast, this card is very appropriate, as we will all soon need the boats out to get around.  I love it as it keeps the humidity down!

Inside...
Our class today at Crafty Creations was to create a male card.  These cards can sometimes prove the most difficult to make, but this one come together quiet easy.  In fact, I was really surprised at how it all came together.  I love the final result!

Just Believe....

...is such a great stamp set & I find myself going to it constantly that I sometimes have to stop & grab another.

It is so long since I created a card for a challenge that I thought I would try the challenge over at Stampin' Up! Only.  This site is where you have to use SU! products only on your creations.  This week the challenge is to use a Technique that you use infrequently.  I don't do nearly enough techniques on my cards, so this is the perfect opportunity to try!

Knowing what I had to create on my card, I then went in search of a sketch.  What better place to start than Mary Jo's.  This is the first of her sketches for the year.

For my card I choose the Technique - Faux Silk

Measurements -
Base Card - Calyspo Coral - 11 5/8" x 4 1/8" or 30cm x 10.5cm - Scored & Folded in the middle
Layer 1 - Whisper White - 5 5/8" x 4" or 14.5cm x 10cm
Layer 2 - DSP - 5 1/2" x 3 7/8" or 14cm x 9.5cm
Layer 3 x 2 - Calyspo Coral - 3 1/2" x 2" or 9cm x 5cm
Layer 4 x 2 - Whisper White - 3 3/8" x 1 7/8" or 8.5cm x 4.5cm
Layer 5 - Calyspo Coral - 5 3/4" x 3/4" or 14.5cm x 2cm
Layer 6 - Whisper White - 5 5/8" x 5/8" or 14cm x 1.5cm

I adhered the DSP to the piece of Whisper White Cardstock & then to the Base Card - Calyspo Coral using Snail Adhesive.

Envelope & Inside...
After stamping my image onto Tissue Paper using Pear Pizzazz Ink, let dry & scrunched the tissue,  adhered it to a piece of Whisper White Cardstock using Anywhere Glue.  I adhered this piece to the 2 pieces of Calyspo Coral Cardstock before adhering to the Base Card.

I stamped my sentiment onto the piece of Whisper White Cardstock using Pear Pizzazz Ink and adhered to the long piece of Calyspo Coral prior to adhering to the card.

I punched 3 flowers in Calyspo Coral Cardstock using the Boho Punch & adhered to the card.  Pearls were applied to the centre as well as to some of the images.

I tied a bow & adhered to the card.

Supplies -
Stamp Set - Just Believe, A Word for You
Ink - Pear Pizzazz
Cardstock - Calyspo Coral, Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White
DSP - In Colours
Punches - Boho
Ribbon - 3/8" Ruffled - Lucky Limeade

FREE Pass...

Before I get onto sharing today's card with you, I just want to let you know that I have a FREE pass to the next round of Stampin' Fun & Friends which begins 20 September through to 4 October.

As the theme for this round is Autumn Artistry, all you have to do is leave a comment saying why you like Autumn.

Now, I know here in OZ we are only a few days off Spring, but there is something I remember about an autumn when living in Canberra many years ago.  That is all those beatuiful leaves falling off the many trees in & around the parks & gardens onto the ground & myself & my girlfriend diving into them, playing & hiding.  I had never seen anything like it.  The memory is still very strong in my mind!

I will be using random.org to draw the winner.  Closing date is 9 September.

On with the card -

With Father's Day coming up here in OZ, we created a card last Friday which could be used for this occasion.  In fact, the card suits all occasions.  I found the instructions on the very talented Connie Babbert's site.  I did change the measurememnts to suit my card & to make it smaller.

Base Card - More Mustard - 5 7/8" x 4 1/4" or 15cm x 10.5cm
Layer 1 - Pear Pizzazz - 5 3/4" x 3 1/2" or 14.5cm x 9cm
Layer 2 - DSP - 5 3/4" x 3/4" or 14.5cm x 2cm
Layer 3 - DSP - 5 7/8" x 1" or 15cm x 2.5cm

Inside Card...
After scoring my Base Card at 4 1/2" or 11.5cm, I adhered the wider piece of DSP down the RHS of the card - as per inside photo.

I adhered the narrower piece of DSP down the LHS of Pear Pizzazz Cardstock, stamped the image using Pear Pizzazz Ink at the top of the card & adhered to the Base Card using Snail Adhesive.  I wanted the tie to look like it was hanging off a hook.

After making my Tie using DSP, I attached it to the top of the card with Snail Adhesive.  I inked my sentiment in Basic Black Ink & stamped at an angle to the tie direct onto the Pear Pizzazz piece.

For my inside, I stamped the images around the edge of Whisper White Cardstock using Pear Pizzazz & adhered to the Base Card.

All in all, a really fast & very easy 5 minute card!

SC 002/11..

The new week begins with a new sketch & stamp set.  This week it has been set by Kris and me being me, just about left it to the last moment, but after putting my thinking cap on, I come up with the following creation.  Doing these challenges is helping me to think outside the square so to speak & also to use colours hat I would not normally use, let alone together.  For more information & to link up with Mr Linky, head over to http://www.sunnychallenges.blogspot.com/

For my card, I stamped an image direct onto Sahara Sand using Blushing Bride Ink.  I cut a piece of Bravo Burgandy & mounted a smaller piece of DSP over the top.  I cut another piece in Blushing Bride, stamped an image onto it using Sahara Stone Ink, run it through the Bigshot using Embossing Folder - Square Lattice & adhered to card.  I then adhered the DSP piece over the top, as per the sketch.

I cut 2 ovals using my Bigshop & the Ovals Die, the bigger one in Bravo Burgandy, while the smaller piece is Sahara Sand.  I stamped the same image onto the Sahara Sand piece using Blushing Bride Ink & then the bird image over the top with Bravo Burgandy Ink.

I again stamped the bird image onto a scrap piece of Sahara Sand Cardstock, cut it out & mounted over the top of the first image using SU Dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I cut a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock, stamped an image using Blushing Bride Ink & then stamped the bird image over the top with Bravo Burgandy Ink.
