Glitter...

This is another set I've had for quiet some time, but have not used it as much as I should have.  It makes for a lovely card.  We all tend to go for our newer stamps, forgetting that our older stamps are feeling very lonely on our shelves & still do such a lovely job.  I will admit that some of my favourite stamps are the older stamp sets I have.

Flowes -
Stamp 3 images, one in Concord Crush & 2 in Pretty in Pink onto Whisper White Cardstock
Using your Watercolour Pencils, colour 2
With an Aqua Painter & Inks, paint the 2 you have just coloured in
For the 3rd flower - using a pencil, tuck flower ends under.  I adhered these to a Mini Glue Dot
Adhere all 3 flowers togther
Apply Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the centre of the top flower & pour in Glitter
Once dry, tap excess glitter back into bottle

Card -
Cut Base Card using Concord Crush Cardstock
Cut DSP - Lap of Luxury a little bit smaller
Adhere Taffeta Ribbon across the bottom about 1/4 way up
Adhere DSP to base card
Cut Concord Crush Cardstock - 3 1/8" x 2 3/8" or 8cm x 6cm
Cut Pretty in Pink Cardstock - 3" x 2 1/4" or 7.5cm x 5.5cm
Cut DSP - 2 7/8" x 2 1/8" or 7cm x 5cm
Adhere all layers together & then adhere to the LHS onto the base card
Adhere flower to centre
Stamp sentiment onto Very Vanilla Cardstock using Concord Crush
Using small Oval Punch, punch sentiment
Punch Concord Crush using Large Oval Punch
Adhere both together & apply to top of ribbon using SU Dimensionals

Tip - With new DSP & an old stamp set, your card will take on a whole fresh look
