It was my turn to create the challenge this week over at Sunny Challenges & Creations & thought seeing as though it is now July - a Christmas Challenge would be in order. Along with the sketch, we had to create a card, 3-D item or scrapbook page.I don't know if you have noticed in the new catalogue that there are NO Christmas/Holiday Stamp Sets or Accessories, BUT there is the Carry Over List from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue. In saying that, there is no reason as to why you could not use a retired Stamp Set to create your card or even a non-traditional stamp set!!!! You may surprise yourself with what you can come up with!
For those that know me, I tend to steer away from traditional Christmas Colours & like to go more with non-traditional colours, as in today's card - Very Vanilla, Soft Suede & Pink Pirouette. I love these colours together & not just for Christmas. Of course, how could I not create a card without using my favourite Embossing Folder - Perfect Polka Dots!
